Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient Japanese art of natural energy healing. The word ‘Reiki’ is made up of two distinct Japanese kanji symbols which are translated as ‘Universal Life Energy’.

This advanced system of natural energy healing was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in mid nineteenth century Japan and is known as the "Usui System of Natural Healing."
