Counseling Appointments
Pamela offers Telephone, Personal and Group Counseling Session appointments. Counseling session fees and appointment scheduling information is available below:
 | Telephone Sessions
Telephone
Counseling Sessions are available for those who are unable to attend a
personal session. Upon requests to schedule a Telephone Counseling Session with Pamela, clients are asked for a name and telephone number to book the appointment. Clients are encouraged to prepare a list of questions relating to a personal or professional area of concern or inquiry. Those who wish to submit photographs also as a topic of concern or inquiry may email them to Pamela several days prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients are also asked to call on time for all scheduled telephone appointments. At the time of appointment confirmation, client mailing address and credit card information is obtained for pre-payment of the scheduled session. All session fees are by "pre-paid" credit card (Visa or Master Card) or by mailing a "pre-appointment" cashier’s check (US Funds), made payable to: Pamela Nine, at: 3113 Gose Cove Ln, Knoxville, TN 37931. Due to Pamela’s appointment calendar being booked in advance, she keeps an appointment waiting list and asks for the courtesy of all appointment cancellations to be done so with at least a 48 hour advance notice to avoid a $50.00 service charge. Upon requests to schedule a Group Counseling Session with Pamela, clients are asked fot the names of the group members and a contact person telephone number to book the group appointment. Group members are encouraged to bring a list of questions and or photographs relating to a personal or professional area of concern or inquiry. Group members are also asked to arrive on time for all scheduled personal appointments. Group Session fees are payable by cash, credit card (Visa or Master Card) or cashier's check made payable to, Pamela Nine. Due to Pamela’s appointment calendar being booked in advance, she keeps an appointment waiting list and asks for the courtesy of all appointment cancellations to be done so with at least a 48 hour advance notice to avoid a $50.00 service charge.
