The Seven Step Affirmative Prayer™ was developed by Pamela Nine, Ph.D. It was designed and is used as a spiritual method of heightening awareness of the Holy Spirit, and for deepening the in-dwelling connection with God.

Through the Seven Step Affirmative Prayer method, communion with God is experienced by creating a sacred space of embodiment within the Native American tradition of the seven sacred directions, East South, West, North, Heaven, Earth and Self.

The process of affirmative prayer is simply applying a treatment for bringing the power of positive manifestation to all things. This is performed by practicing a consistent and positive mind-set.

When we come to the realization that fear limits us and love empowers us. We can change our thoughts and keep them changed away from fear and separation, and practice a consistent focus on love and oneness. This is the divine gift that empowers and transforms our lives.



How to begin

You begin by recognizing and living each moment of your life in the acknowledgment and belief that you are a perfect child of God. Fear does not move you, and the power of god’s abundant love is the only driving force in each sacred direction of life.

You recognize any aspect of negativity or problem causing difficulty. You do not deny that it exists, because it does, and has, through the sustenance your thought has given it. Now, you decide you are going to change the impact it is making in your life. You are going to change your way of thinking and in doing so, the difficulty will no longer be nourished by thoughts which have fed it so far.

You look through it; you realize it is but a shadow, because behind it lies the perfect and divine plan of God. You consistently persuade your mind to dwell only on the divine plan. When your thought slips back to the worry or fear patterns it has previously been accustomed to, you bring the positive mind-set back into firm focus.

This method of practice takes will power in the beginning. During the process of changing the mind-set, newly found positive impressions are applied to the subconscious mind which then changes emotions of fear — to peace. With perseverance, this new way of thinking becomes a happier, healthier and more productive, natural way of life. The outer picture, no matter what it is, will begin to change for the better through bringing forth the divine plan, and the order in which it is to be received.
